Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico A&E IDIQ Contract   3

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for Architect/Engineering (A&E) professional services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for projects located in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.

The goal of this contract is to provide specialized engineering and related services that are efficient, cost-effective, resource-efficient, and sustainable, particularly in remote or rural communities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Conducting condition assessments, evaluations, and design work related to engineering services.
2. Demonstrating specialized experience and technical competence in the required type of work.
3. Managing projects effectively within required timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality and cost control.
4. Providing professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance, including the experience of registered engineers and other team members.
5. Demonstrating knowledge of local geography and capacity to manage project needs across various areas within the service region.
6. Submitting a Standard Form (SF) 330 Part I and II Statement of Qualifications along with copies of professional licenses as part of the proposal process.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will begin upon award and is negotiable; specific time frames will be determined based on project requirements.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in various locations across Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
