Architect and Engineering (A&E) Indefinite Deliver   5

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation's Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Region is responsible for providing scientific and technical expertise in water resource management, development, and protection.

This contract aims to obtain Architect and Engineering (A&E) services to support the CPN Region's mission by providing supplemental expertise for various projects related to dams, hydroelectric powerplants, and other facilities. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement to accommodate a wide range of technical services that may require subcontracting.

Work Details
The A&E contractor will perform a variety of tasks including:
1. Engineering Services: Architectural and engineering designs, construction management assistance, contract specification writing, design data collection, surveying, preliminary and final design creation, cost estimates, drafting/cartography, hydraulic analyses and designs, materials engineering and research, structural analyses and design, fire protection system design.

2. Geotechnical Services: Pre-design earth materials testing.

3. The contractor will assist with investigations, studies, surveys, data collection, and cost estimates as required by the CPN Region. Specific requirements will be detailed in individual task orders (TOs), which will include data to be furnished by Reclamation or the A&E; standards to follow; required products; and delivery schedules.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place within the Pacific Northwest Region including states such as Idaho (ID), Oregon (OR), Washington (WA), Montana (MT), and Wyoming (WY).
