The project involves the construction of a new sewer pump station and sewer forcemain to accommodate current and future sewer demands for year-round employee housing at Harden Farm. Key tasks include:

2) Installation of a sewer forcemain connected to an existing sewer manhole in the municipal system;
3) Extension of three-phase electrical service along Kebo Street;
4) Electrical and mechanical work necessary to support the new pump station;
5) Demolition of existing septic and pre-treatment tanks and drip hose disposal system upon completion of the new infrastructure.
