The Contractor shall provide all the parts, materials, and equipment for two (2) each, C-5 Visor Scissor Stand, to Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia, in accordance with attached specifications.

Solicitation FA857125Q0015 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

Quotes should be emailed to Paul Rogers (paul.rogers.24@us.af.mil). Vendors are required to sign the solicitation document and return it along with their quote.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply to solicit to only one single source. The requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures under NAICS 332999, size standard 750 employees. As such, all applicable FAR clauses will be included on the contract document for your review prior to final agreement. Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force, specifically for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, and equipment for two (2) C-5 Visor Scissor Stands. The deliverables include:

1. **Steel Base (30" x 180")**
- Fabricate steel base using steel tubing.
- Furnish and install (4) Aero casters.
- Fabricate and install formed steel channel for the scissor rollers.
- Furnish and install (4) manual leveling jacks that will slide out.

2. **Scissor Lift**
- Fabricate and install steel scissor system using steel tubing, including cross tubes as needed.
- Furnish and install steel bushings and roller pins to ensure a precision fit.
- Furnish and install a 120 volt hydraulic pump.
- Furnish and install (1) 48" x 3" bore hydraulic cylinder.
- Furnish and install manual directional valves and counterbalance valve to ensure the stand will not bleed off while in operation.
- Furnish and install v-groove rollers to operate the scissors mechanism.

3. **Aluminum Platform**
- Fabricate and install aluminum platform base frame to the scissors lift.
- Furnish and install aluminum flooring.
- Fabricate and install (8) sliding 10" floor extensions.
- Fabricate and install telescoping aluminum ladder with 3" rungs, maintaining at least 1 ½" spacing for safety.
- Fabricate ladder cage around the top section of ladder.
- Fabricate and install removable aluminum handrails for the platform.

4. **Changes to Original Submitted Design**
- Delete ladder cage; add grab bars to ladder; add padding to slide-outs; add toe kick to cutout around visor track; add gates to allow track passage; add electric reel, chains, tow bar; upgrade electric reel; add level bubble.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall deliver FOB Destination within a period of performance of 6 months after award.
