Description: BIDDERS LIBRARY - ACCESS STARTING 19 January 2010

Upon request the government will provide temporary access to the complete document library including: technical documents, operation manuals, engineering drawings, test data, reports, software, and various other documents. The information contained in the library constitutes the complete detailed historical record of each individual training system.

Offeror's will be permitted full access to the C-5 ATS Library located at Lackland AFB, Texas.

Dates: Open 19 January 2010 until RFP Closing Date (TBD).

Duration of Visit: No more than three (3) consecutive days per visit. Limit of 4 hours duration each day.

Requests should include names of attendees, desired dates and time slots.

Contractors are permitted to make electronic/photocopies after submitting a complete list of documents needed from the library to the government on-site QA representative.

On-site Quality Assurance (QA) Representative(s): Mr. Jim Howell and/or Mr. Steve Knight. These individuals will oversee and approve/disapprove all requests for electronic/photocopies after reviewing the contractors list.
