C-40A Aircraft Contractor Logistics Support

This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Naval Air Systems Command Contracts Department (AIR-2.3.5.1), Patuxent River, MD intends to procure Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the Navy's fifteen (15) C-40A aircraft. This requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00019-10-D-0017 currently being performed by The Boeing Company.
The Government intends to issue a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Delivery/Task Order Contract, via full and open competition, to the company evaluated as providing the "Best Value" to the Government, all factors in accordance with Sections L and M of the RFP taken into consideration.
Proposal submission dead-line is no later than 02:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, 16 June 2015.

Additionally, a Technical Library of information directly related to the requirements of this RFP is available to Offerors. Technical Library directions can be found under Section L of this Solicitation.
NOTE: There is no commitment by the Government to make an award or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above.
