Description

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Clarify that the firms are not being evaluated on labor rates per The Brooks Act. You may choose to submit your labor rates, however, they will be redacted from your technical proposal until the award phase. You may instead choose to submit your labor rates during the award phase if your firm is selected for award, and 2. clarify that your subcontracting plan should show that 43% of your subcontract work is done by a small business; 5% of your subcontract work is done by SDB; 5% by WOSB and so on in accordance with the percentages listed on the table under the subcontracting column.
