C-17 Training System Industry Day Focusing on Aircrew Training System   2

The C-17 Training System (TS) Program is conducting market research to support development of its acquisition strategy for the follow-on contract to the current Training System (TSA III) Task Order, FA8621-18-F-6257. The C-17 TS Program Office will host an Industry Day at Altus Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma from 7 - 9 February 2023. Any cost incurred by any party pursuant to Industry Day participation/attendance is the sole responsibility of the attendee and will not be reimbursed by the Government.

On Tuesday, 7 February 2023, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the Program Manager will provide a program overview in advance of group tours of the C-17 TS Altus AFB site. An advance copy of the briefing is attached to this notice. One-on-one sessions with interested parties will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, 8 and 9 February 2023, respectively. A limited number of one-on-one sessions are available to parties responding to this notice on a first come first served basis. Available time slots are attached to this notice.

Interested parties are asked to submit responses to the attached questionnaire. While interested parties may not be able to answer all of the items in the questionnaire in advance of Industry Day, consideration given to the issues therein will facilitate meaningful, relevant discussions at Industry Day.

If you intend to participate in this Industry Day at Altus AFB, you must submit the required documentation as requested in the schedule no later than 31 January 2023.
