Background
The Department of the Air Force, AFSC PZABA is issuing this solicitation for a requirements type contract aimed at the repair of Frequency Reference Auto Parallel (FRAP) units. The goal is to ensure that these critical components are maintained in a serviceable condition to support Air Force operations.

This contract will cover all necessary labor, facilities, equipment, and materials required for the repair and modification of these units over a five-year period.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all required labor, facilities, equipment, and materials to accomplish the following tasks:

- Repair and/or modification of Frequency Reference Auto Parallel (FRAP) units;
- Testing;
- Packing;
- Preservation;
- Packaging of repaired items.

The contractor must also include a DD1348-1 form with each shipment. The contract includes provisions for Over and Above (O&A) work for missing components or work outside the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is responsible for reporting various transactions related to asset management as outlined in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Reporting requirements. This includes tracking assets through their repair cycle and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
