C-130 Engine and Propeller Toolboxes

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this contract to establish C-130 Engine and Propeller toolboxes for Air Station Sacramento’s C-130 Shop.
The goal of this contract is to provide adequate tool storage and control for maintenance work on C-130 aircraft.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following:
1. Two (2) Silver Toolboxes, each measuring 73 inches long and 30 inches deep, with a total of 18 drawers (1 drawer bank).
The widest drawer must be 50 inches wide. Each toolbox will feature a non-directional rubber work surface and lasered cut foam inserts for all required tools. Each toolbox must be lockable.
2. An identical set of tools must be provided for each toolbox, with quantities being double that listed in Enclosure (a).

Period of Performance
Payment will be made upon completion of the statement of work.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the requirements for a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Additionally, bidders should ensure they are authorized distributors or OEMs for the tools provided.
