The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to flush, empty, clean, and drain incoming C-130 aircraft, dispose of waste materials, and prepare the toilet system for departure. The service is to be completed with in 24 hours of the call for service. The location is on base at Hill AFB, Utah. This will be set up as a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement over a 5 year period. The payments will be made through the Government Purchase Card. The Performance Work Statement is attached.
