Buy Indian Set Aside - Voice over Internet Protocol Maintenance and Support for Oklahoma Area IHS   3

Background
The Oklahoma City Area (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for third party maintenance and technical support for the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications system that includes the existing Cisco Unified Communication Manager and associated components installed within the OCA region providing services to 16 facilities. The purpose of this Statement of Work is to acquire technical support and maintenance for the OCA’s VoIP systems as a managed service plan for a fixed monthly rate. The ongoing support and maintenance services provide expertise for Cisco-based collaboration systems, allowing the OCA to focus on its core mission.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the required support and maintenance for the following Oklahoma City Area facilities: Oklahoma City Area Office, National Service Supply Center, Claremore Indian Hospital, Clinton Health Center, El Reno Health Center, Watonga Health Center, Lawton Indian Hospital, Anadarko Indian Health Center, Carnegie Indian Health Center.

The collaboration solution includes Cisco Unified Communication Manager (Unified CM) and Cisco Unity Connection (UCXN Voicemail), with an estimated 3000 supported devices. OCA uses Jabber as an alternate mechanism for communication. OCA has a Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan for FedRAMP in place and will be maintaining. OCA uses the IHS FedRAMP instance of WebEx for licensing and does not use the licenses under the Flex Plan.

Period of Performance
Approximately August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2025 plus 4 (four) option years.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include various facilities within the Oklahoma City Area.
