Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), a federal agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The Lawton Indian Hospital, located in Lawton, Oklahoma, is a Joint Commission accredited facility that aims to deliver quality care with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity and human dignity. This contract is aimed at providing preventative maintenance for dental systems to support healthcare services within the hospital.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance for the dental system located at Lawton Indian Hospital. This includes:
1) Comprehensive coverage for service and repair of Dentsply Sirona equipment including Cerec Oral Scanner, Milling Unit, Prime Print, and Prime Print PPU 3D Printer at a fixed annual rate.
2) Scheduled Preventative Maintenance inspections as per the manufacturer's requirements using certified Dentsply Sirona technicians.
3) Unscheduled repair visits to correct equipment malfunctions with a 48-hour on-site response time, including OEM replacement parts, travel, and labor.
4) Access to a service hotline for emergency technical support or application problems.
5) Technical support available 24/7 with unlimited calls for customer service support and a 4-hour phone response time.

Services will be provided during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST), excluding Federal Holidays.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027, with an option for four additional years.

Lawton Indian Hospital, 1515 NE Lawrie Tatum Rd, Lawton, OK 73507.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified Dentsply Sirona technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on proprietary equipment. Additionally, bidders must meet the definition of an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) as part of their offer.
