Background
The Clinton Service Unit (CSU), which includes the Clinton Indian Health Center, El Reno Indian Health Center, and Watonga Indian Health Center, is seeking to enhance access to care through its Eyeglass Program.
This program, established in 2012, aims to provide approximately 5,000 pairs of eyeglasses annually to patients within the service unit.
The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) # 246-25-Q-0030 and is set aside for Buy Indian contractors.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply eyeglass frames and lenses as part of the CSU Eyeglass Program.
Specific requirements include:
- Provide spectacle frames and lenses with scratch-resistant coatings on all plastic lenses and a 1-year warranty on both frame and lens at no additional charge.
- Supply up to 500 frames for display in eye clinics, including a variety of styles suitable for men, women, children, sports, and safety glasses.
- Fabricate lenses according to prescriptions from the CSU Optometry Department with no additional charge for prescription changes within 90 days or non-adapt redo for progressive lenses within 90 days of shipment.
- Deliver completed orders by mail with tracking within 7 business days from order date.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws and standards.

Base Year: 08/01/2025 – 07/31/2026; Option Year 1: 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2027; Option Year 2: 08/01/2027 – 07/31/2028; Option Year 3: 08/01/2028 – 07/31/2029; Option Year 4: 08/01/2029 – 07/31/2030.
