Buy Indian Set-Aside - Access Control System Upgrade + Ongoing Support at Oklahoma Area IHS Building   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), specifically the Oklahoma City Area Office, is seeking to upgrade its access control system by implementing the AMAG Symmetry software and associated hardware. This initiative aims to enhance security measures within the facility while ensuring ongoing maintenance and support for the installed systems.

The contract is set aside for Indian-owned businesses under the Buy Indian Act, emphasizing the agency's commitment to supporting local economies.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Remove existing door access control boards (M2150 DBC and BC style) and replace them with M4000 HSE boards, including installation of enclosure boxes.
2. Install Pro HSE (Homeland Security Edition) symmetry software on a virtual server at the Oklahoma City Area Office during normal business hours.
3. Provide two PIV readers integrated with the symmetry system to read new PIV cards and import data into the system.
4. Offer comprehensive maintenance support services for all AMAG Symmetry software and hardware, including labor, parts, remote support, and an AMAG software support agreement for a base year plus four option years. The contractor must provide two pricing models: one for full maintenance and support and another for software support agreements only.

Period of Performance
The contract's period of performance will commence 60 days after receipt of award, with a base year of maintenance support followed by four optional years.
