Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) Bridge Contract

Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Procurement Solutions (PRS) is entering into a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with The Prospective Group (TPG) to provide Business Operations Support Services (BOSS). This action is justified when only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirements.

The contract is necessary to prevent a lapse in mission-essential services while a competitive follow-on contract is finalized.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive business operations support, including:

- budgeting and financial management assistance;
- program and portfolio analysis;
- acquisition and contract management support;
- technical writing and documentation;
- project and program management services;
- strategic communications development;
- customer requirements analysis;
- business process improvement activities;
- support to A&T leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing activities for effective management of A&T programs.

Additional tasks include developing program documentation, preparing executive-level briefings, tracking milestones, conducting data analyses, maintaining internal trackers, facilitating Program Management Reviews, and ensuring timely responses to taskers. These services are critical for maintaining operational tempo and meeting statutory deadlines.

Period of Performance
Four months from the date of award.
