Description

This contract was not awarded competitively as this is a direct award in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 19.8, and a Partnership Agreement (SBA/OPM PA) effective August 08, 2022, between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to the 8(a) Business Development Program. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Alaska District Office accepted this requirement under the 8(a) sole source requirement number SO1731606632X to Bering Straits Professional Services, LLC, an 8(a) ANC.
