Business and Technical Support for OCIO Front Office

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a paper solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is MCC-11-0018-RFQ and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), with incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46. The Millennium Challenge Corporation anticipates one award of an Indefinte Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract in accordance with FAR 16.504. The period of performance is one year with options for four additional years. This requirement is synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, and the size standard is $25M. This requirement is also set-aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses pursuant to FAR 6.206 and 19.1405.

This is a requirement for business and technical support for the strategic activities of the Millennium Challenge Corporation Office of Chief Information Officer. Task Orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price or Time and Materials basis. The types of services the contractor will likely perform under this contract are detailed in the attachment.
