Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contract for the distribution and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to support patient care at various VA Medical Centers. The goal is to establish a reliable source for bulk oxygen and tank rentals, ensuring that facilities have access to necessary medical supplies for treatments and procedures. This contract is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor will provide medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen and tank rentals at the following locations:

- Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center
- Birmingham VA Medical Center
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Tuskegee
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Montgomery

The contract includes:
1. Supply of liquid bulk oxygen with an estimated monthly requirement:
- Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center: 76,601 CCF
- Birmingham VA Medical Center: 46,421 CCF
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Tuskegee: 10,882 CCF
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Montgomery: 26,135 CCF
2. Tank rentals including:
- Main tanks of various sizes (e.g., 6,000 gallons for Atlanta)
- Reserve tanks (e.g., 900 gallons for Atlanta)
3. Telemetry systems for remote monitoring of tank levels.
4. Timely delivery of oxygen with specific protocols for refilling tanks based on facility needs.

Period of Performance
Base period from March 01, 2026 to February 28, 2027, with four one-year options extending through February 28, 2031.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the following locations:
- Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur, GA
- Birmingham VA Medical Center, Birmingham, AL
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Tuskegee, Tuskegee, AL
- Central Alabama VA Medical Center-Montgomery, Montgomery, AL
