Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), specifically the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), is seeking quotes for Bulk Liquid Nitrogen. The goal of this contract is to provide a reliable supply of liquid nitrogen to support various USDA operations. The agency intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price delivery orders.

Work Details
The contractor will supply Bulk Liquid Nitrogen according to the following specifications:
- Item No.: 0001
- Description: Bulk liquid nitrogen, Law Fed sped #A-A-59503, Type II liquid, Grade B, 99.50% pure, Class 1 oil free, Capacity B bulk delivery.
- Estimated Usage Per Year: 54,000 gallons.

Pricing Sheet:
- Year 1: 01/01/2025 - 12/31/2025
- Year 2: 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2026
- Year 3: 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2027
- Year 4: 01/01/2028 - 12/31/2028
- Year 5: 01/01/2029 - 12/31/2029

Additional Notes:
- Shipping is FOB destination.
- Any additional charges for bulk liquid nitrogen (e.g., remote monitoring, delivery surcharges) must be included in the unit price.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
