Background
The National Institute on Drug Abuse, NIH, through its NINDS Contracts Management Branch, is issuing an open-market solicitation for bulk helium supplies.
The goal is to award an IDIQ contract with a 12-month base period for liquid helium delivery orders.

Work Details
