The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues the solicitation W519TC-25-Q-2041 for the Bulk Gases in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIAJMTC).

The award will be based on the proposal that provides the best overall value to the Government based on the lowest total evaluated price. The result of this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year Requirements contract. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Goods shall be delivered to: Multiple locations within JMTC located at the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois.

Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. Background
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) issues solicitation W519TC-25-Q-2041 for Bulk Gases in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive management of compressed gas supplies consumed by RIA-JMTC, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations. This solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year Requirements contract set aside for Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will supply bulk industrial gases and gas cylinders, including but not limited to:
- Nitrogen: Maximum 500,000 gallons
- Argon: Maximum 27,000 gallons
- Oxygen: Maximum 30,000 gallons
- Helium: Maximum 20 Cradles (12 cylinders each)
- Mixed gases (75% Helium, 24% Argon): Maximum 70 cylinders
- Mixed gases (98% Argon, 2% Oxygen): Maximum 50 cylinders
- Mixed gases (Carbon Dioxide 1.7%, Nitrogen 23.4%, Balance Helium): Maximum 150 cylinders
- Ultra High Purity Argon: Cylinder capacity of 336 Cubic Feet.

The contractor must monitor usage with the JMTC Representative and ensure compliance with applicable codes set forth by DOT, CGA, OSHA, and NFPA.

Goods shall be delivered to multiple locations within the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois.
