Bulk delivery of petroleum – Diesel and Gasoline for the IHS Pine Ridge Service Unit, Pine Ridge, South Dakota and two satellite clinics in Kyle and Wanblee, South Dakota.

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Pine Ridge Service Unit is responsible for providing healthcare services to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. This contract aims to establish a multi-year agreement for the bulk delivery of petroleum products, specifically diesel and gasoline, to support the operational needs of the IHS Pine Ridge Service Unit and its two satellite clinics located in Kyle and Wanblee, South Dakota.

Work Details
The contractor will supply bulk delivery of petroleum products, including:
- Diesel and Gasoline for the following locations:
- IHS Pine Ridge Hospital:
- 1 x 20,000-gallon underground diesel tank
- 1 x 700-gallon aboveground diesel tank
- 1 x 300-gallon aboveground gasoline tank
- Kyle Health Center:
- 1 x 500-gallon aboveground diesel tank
- 1 x 500-gallon aboveground gasoline tank
- Wanblee Health Center:
- 1 x 500-gallon aboveground diesel tank
- 1 x 100-gallon aboveground gasoline tank.

The contractor must maintain fuel tanks at a minimum level of 25% at all times and ensure they are above 50% before extended cold weather forecasts. Deliveries will be scheduled at the contractor's discretion, with prior notification to facility points of contact. Fuel quality must meet ASTM standards for various properties including Distillation (D86), Calculated Cetane Index, API Gravity at 60F, Cloud Point, Pour Point, Sulfur, Water and Sediment. The contractor is also responsible for installing telemetry on each tank for monitoring purposes.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year from the date of award with four additional one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to three locations in South Dakota: IHS Pine Ridge Hospital in Pine Ridge, Kyle Health Center in Kyle, and Wanblee Health Center in Wanblee.
