Building V-29 Renovation for VRM Wing, FIT and FST   2

Background
The work includes the renovation of the unoccupied space on the second floor of the northeast corner of building V_29, consisting of approximately 4,058 SF of administrative space and an adjacent break room to serve Fleet Readiness Center East CMV_22B Fleet Support Team, and future VRM Wing Detachment at Naval Station Norfolk. Full renovation of the spaces includes minor demolition and new construction, including full height partitions for private offices and conference rooms, demountable glass partitions, refinished breakroom, finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications, and fire protection systems and incidental related work.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to complete the work listed below at Barren River Lake. The work shall be provided in accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions.
The contractor's responsibility includes supply of equipment/materials, all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, and inspection required to assure all equipment/materials are acquired and services are conducted under the contract and all applicable laws. The completion of work shall include acceptable performance of all aspects of this contract.

Period of Performance
Work under this contract shall begin no later than 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) being issued and must be completed NLT April 1, 2024. Additional time may be granted for inclement weather when coordinated with and approved by the Park Manager.
