Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on multiple prior awards under 19RS5026D0001 to “Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees,” including several task orders for “TECHNICAL BUILDING SERVICES” and “TECHNICAL BUILDING SERVICES COMPOUND” with values ranging from about $10,900 to $226,501 across 2025–2026. The current requirement for building technical services in Moscow—covering maintenance and repair work such as carpentry, painting, supervision of maintenance contractors, and quality control—matches the scope indicated by the prior technical building services/compound awards and is consistent with a continuation of ongoing facility maintenance activities at U.S. Embassy locations.
