Background
The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Building Technical Services. Work Details

Specific tasks include:
- Providing qualified technical personnel for maintenance and repair work.
- Supervising maintenance contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Conducting quality control on carpentry and painting jobs.
- Performing carpentry tasks such as constructing frameworks, installing doors/windows, and repairing wooden structures.
- Performing painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Estimating project costs and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a period of one year, expected to commence no later than October 1, 2026.

U.S. Embassy Moscow Compound - 1 Square of the Donetsk People's Republic, Presnensky District, Moscow, Russia; New Office Annex (NOX); Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) - Spaso House; other designated U.S. Government facilities in Moscow.

Bidder Requirements
Personnel qualifications include:
- For the Foreman/Supervisor: Proven experience supervising technical maintenance staff and knowledge of building codes.
- For Carpenters: Proven experience in commercial carpentry with ability to read blueprints.
- For Painters: Proven experience in commercial painting with management skills for quality control.
