Building SP-90 Renovate Reservoir Structure and Replace Booster Pump Station   2

Background
The solicitation is for the renovation of the Reservoir Structure and Replacement of the Booster Pump Station at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. The work involves updating the schedule weekly, including planned work, outages, closures, meetings, testing, and inspections. It also requires the submission of Monthly Network Analysis (NAS) updates and meeting with Government representatives at monthly intervals to review and agree on the information presented in the updated project schedule.

Work Details
The construction tasks include preparing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 software, submitting required tabular reports and native P6 XER files with the monthly NAS submittal, and incorporating additional scheduling requirements from other specification sections into the NAS schedule. The designated project scheduler must have prepared and maintained at least three previous construction schedules of similar size and complexity using Primavera P6. Other duties of the designated project scheduler include preparing baseline NAS, monthly schedule updates, tabular reports, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) as necessary, providing certification that NAS and TIA submittals conform to the contract requirements, participating in monthly meetings with the Prime Contractor and Government Representative at the job site in-person to discuss project status, schedule updates, critical activities, potential delays, and contract modifications impacting the schedule.
