Background
The U.S. Government is seeking a contractor to provide building management and security monitoring services for a U.S. Government owned building in Bratislava, Slovakia. The building is currently unoccupied. The contractor will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building's BAS, servicing of the building's elevator, electronic fire signaling system, electronic security system, security cameras, and HVAC system. Additionally, the contractor will provide 24/7 monitoring of the building's security cameras and fire detection system.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform fire detection and security monitoring services, as well as facility management and maintenance services for the U.S. Government owned property at Dostojevského rad 5221/4, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew.
This is a firm, fixed-price, commercial services type contract payable entirely in the currency indicated by the Contractor. The prices expressed in this contract are fixed and shall not be adjusted on account of any escalation in the cost of materials, equipment or labor.

The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with four one-year options to renew.
