Building Control System

Background
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information for the replacement and integration of Building Automation Control Systems at the Arnold Site. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather insights from industry to develop a comprehensive procurement strategy, although it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or commitment to contract.

Work Details
The project involves replacing the existing building automation control systems at the NGA-Arnold Facility. Key tasks include:

- Assessing the current system and site conditions;
- Purchasing and installing a Tridium Niagara Framework for Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment;
- Replacing controllers;
- Adding or replacing servers;
- Designing and implementing a Graphical User Interface (GUI).

The new system must be capable of integrating additional systems in the future, such as Power Management, Fire Alarm and Life Safety, Generator Fuel Storage, Lighting Control, and Irrigation Systems.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the NGA-Arnold Facility.
