The Department of Justice - Criminal Division (CRM) is issuing this sources sought as a mean of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for building consolidation management and facilities support services. Interested parties should send capability statements, including past performance, to myself via email by the close date identified in the sources sought and as specified herein.

Background
The Department of Justice - Criminal Division (CRM) is responsible for developing, enforcing, and supervising the application of federal criminal laws. The Office of Administration (ADM) within CRM provides management support services and expertise in various operational areas.

This solicitation seeks to identify parties capable of supporting building consolidation management and facilities support services to enhance the Division's operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will assist CRM’s Office of Administration (ADM) Executive Office and Facilities Unit with several key tasks:

1) Building Consolidation Project Management: Oversee and lead the building consolidation project, assist in collecting agency-specific requirements, synthesize GSA and JMD prospectus data for decision-making, evaluate options for 'Stay in Place' versus 'Relocate', gather stakeholder requirements for effective design footprint, create responses for JMD and GSA deliverables, track project timelines, and create an overall project plan.

2) Lease Administration: Support lease administration by assessing existing leases for efficiency, recommending modifications to meet mission needs cost-effectively, and establishing standard operating procedures for building management accountability.

3) Miscellaneous Facilities Related Projects: Provide support on various facilities-related projects including space management, interior design, building operations, and furniture recommendations.

4) Communication: Communicate complex concepts effectively to senior leadership, prepare executive briefings, respond to inquiries promptly, manage timelines for deliverables with ADM Executive Office, and develop a communication plan for stakeholder engagement.
