Building Automation System (BAS) Installation & Maintenance Bridge Justification   4

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) is issuing this justification for other than full and open competition to modify an existing Building Automation System (BAS) contract awarded to SPEC, LLC. This modification adds approximately $832,204.09 in additional BAS work necessary to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) data center operations.
