Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is focused on supporting the National Defense Mission through the effective operation and reporting of its facility infrastructure. This contract is justified under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304, indicating that the proposed contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services.

The contract aims to ensure continuity in Building Automation System (BAS) services critical for DISA's data centers, which operate continuously to support various government agencies.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance, installation, and modifications for BAS systems across DISA's facilities. The work includes:
- Supporting existing BAS installations ranging from Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems to advanced web-based systems with over 30,000 data points.
- Ensuring compliance with best industry practices and DISA BAS standards.
- Connecting BAS systems to future infrastructure IT tools provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), such as Data Center Information Management (DCIM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintaining operational integrity of DISA Computing Services data centers that provide critical processing resources 24/7.
- Locations supported include Montgomery, AL; Columbus, OH; San Antonio, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Mechanicsburg, PA; Oklahoma City, OK; Honolulu, HI; and Yokota, JP.

Period of Performance
The base period for this contract is from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, lasting nine months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various DISA data center locations including Montgomery, AL; Columbus, OH; San Antonio, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Mechanicsburg, PA; Oklahoma City, OK; Honolulu, HI; and Yokota, JP.
