The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB) is soliciting this requirement as IFB procedures for the Building 51450 & 51451 Renovation, Fort Huachuca. Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB) is soliciting this requirement as IFB procedures for the Building 51450 & 51451 Renovation, Fort Huachuca. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This Construction Project is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M.

Work Details
The work to be completed under the contract includes the renovation of Building 51450 & 51451 at Fort Huachuca, Cochise County, Arizona. The contractor shall begin performance within 365 calendar days and complete it within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
