This action was awarded as and 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act

SOW

a.Demolition
1.Contractor must remove existing flooring and rubber wall base, as indicatedon drawings.
2.Contractor must remove existing electrical, and comm. as indicated ondrawings.
3.Contractor must remove existing gyp. bd. at four (4) existing optical domes,as indicated on drawings.
b.New Construction
1.Contractor must patch holes etc. and texture all walls as indicated on not forconstruction drawings.
2.Contractor must paint existing walls and hard lid ceilings as indicated on notfor construction drawings.
3.Contractor must install new flooring and rubber wall base, as indicated on notfor construction drawings.
4.Contractor must provide and install new floor transition strips, as indicated onnot for construction drawings.
5.Contractor must provide and install power and comm in new floor box undertable, as indicated on drawings with coordination from Building 462 Manager.
6.Contractor must provide and install new carpet tile to match existing, asindicated on not for construction drawings.
7.Contractor must provide and install new 23/32 plywood at four (4) existingdomes and paint all exposed faces, as indicated on not for constructiondrawings.
