BUILDING 41-1ST FLOOR ACQUISTION OFFICE RENOVATION, 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR MODIFICATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK

Background
The scope of this project is to renovate Building 41 on 1st floor Room 127 B, 2nd floor Rooms 211, 212, 214, 215 and 3rd floor Room 355 for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC Crane), JXY. The project consists of removal and disposal of asbestos containing material, patch and paint walls, remove and replace carpets and cove base, remove vinyl tile floor, scarify existing floor, apply new epoxy flooring, disconnect NMCI, RDT&E, phone and electrical from all existing cubicles, add new power panel, circuits and power drops, power poles connections, install new NMCI / RDT&E drops, new phone drops, build new enclosed telecommunication room, new breakroom and HVAC modifications.
These renovations are required to improve the workspace area and building conditions.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish the required material, equipment and labor to renovate Building 41 on 1st floor Room 127 B, 2nd floor Rooms 211, 212, 214, 215 and 3rd floor Room 355. The Contractor shall utilize new material; no postconsumer or recovered material will be authorized for use. The Contractor shall adhere to all State and Federal building codes.
The scope of this project will be performed on first, second and third floors of B-41.

Period of Performance
PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED BY 03/31/2023
