Description

Contractor shall replace building 150 various roof sections along with gutters/downspouts for a complete and watertight system in accordance with RFP requirements except for north roof. Provide various mechanical piping repairs on top of roof as identified in RFP. Also conduct various interior finishes which includes but not limited to paint, carpet tiles, vinyl composition tile (VCT), ceiling tiles, display cases.
Contract was solicited on a Multiple Award Construction Contract, competed and fixed price.
