Background
The White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) is seeking to repair three automotive lift posts at Building 1430, known as the Automotive Skills Center, located in New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all work complies with applicable State, Local, and Federal laws and regulations, as well as industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Work Details
The project involves the following construction tasks:
1. Removal, storage, and replacement of the existing four-post automotive lift;
2. Sawcutting and removal of portions of the existing reinforced concrete slab foundation under each post;
3. Preparation of subgrade for new foundations;
4. Installation of new steel reinforced concrete foundations per design drawings.

Specific work requirements include:
- Civil work for installation of reinforced concrete foundations using 4,000 psi concrete;
- Demolition activities including removal and disposal of existing concrete foundation;
- Cast-in-place concrete work for three new foundations including compaction and steel reinforcement.

Period of Performance
The total period of performance for the contract will not exceed 90 calendar days, which includes a Preconstruction Authorization period limited to 30 days followed by a Construction Notice to Proceed (NTP) allowing for completion within 60 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at Building 1430 on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, specifically at the southwest corner of Aberdeen Ave. and Dyer St.
