The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisition (NIH/ORF/OA) is issuing Solicitation Number NIHOF2017154 with the intent to award a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract for the requirement "Building 10 E-Wing Renovation, Bethesda, MD".

PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN FAR SUBPART 14.5 - TWO-STEP SEALED BIDDING WILL BE USED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. THIS POSTING IS FOR STEP ONE OF THE TWO-STEP SEALED BIDDING PROCEDURES ONLY.

STEP ONE IS THE REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS (RFTP).

NO PRICING/BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN RESPONSE TO STEP ONE - RFTP.

The Solicitation is attached along with all Section J Attachments.
