Background
The U.S. Forest Service, a federal agency under the United States Department of Agriculture, is seeking quotes for janitorial services for the Beus Canyon Work Center in Ogden, Utah. The agency's mission is to sustain the health, diversity, and productivity of the nation’s forests and grasslands to meet the needs of present and future generations.

Work Details
This contract is to provide janitorial services within Government-owned facilities at the Beus Canyon Work Center. The site includes three business areas within three buildings. The three numbered locations in the site plan labeled 'building' will be the service locations.
Some sections of these buildings will not require service under this contract. All requirements of contractor and duties/services to be performed are described in detail in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to the requisition checklist.
Some services are only required bi-annually; however, that additional cost/burden to the vendor is factored into the monthly cost/rate.
