Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the United States Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, through its Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP), is seeking eligible performers to provide sustainment services and training for biosafety and biosecurity (BS&S) and biosurveillance (BSV) activities with BTRP partners across the Eurasian Area of Responsibility (AOR) including, but not limited to: Former Soviet Union (FSU) states Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
