Description

In accordance with FAR 7.107-3(b), the purpose of this notice is to announce an approved consolidation of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) task orders HR001118D0007/HR001121F0031, HR001118D0006/HR001121F0024, and HR001118D0001/HR001121F0036. The follow-on requirements will be consolidated and awarded as one (1) task order under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, (OASIS+) contract vehicle in 2026. The Government has not yet issued a solicitation for the Biological Technologies Office (BTO) Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in March or April 2026. GSA OASIS+ IDIQ holders will be notified via GSA eBuy for further information regarding their fair opportunity to propose to this requirement in accordance with the GSA OASIS+ ordering procedures and FAR 16.507-2. The Government does not intend to provide any additional information for this requirement under Contract Opportunities located at https://sam.gov/. The anticipated solicitation number for this requirement is HR001126RE003.

Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is consolidating three existing task orders into a single task order to streamline operations and eliminate overlapping scopes of work.

This initiative is part of DARPA's mission to support advanced research and development in biotechnology through the Biological Technologies Office (BTO). The consolidation aims to enhance efficiency and control over costs while providing necessary support services.

The contract will encompass a range of support services including:
