This notice constitutes a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This announcement seeks information from industry and will ONLY be used for preliminary planning and market research purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $36.5 million average annual revenue. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will depend on the responses to this RFI.

This RFI is intended for Small Businesses ONLY.

USACE Charleston District intends to solicit and award contract(s) for new construction of three barracks / company operation facilities as a part of the Basic Combat Trainee IV (BTC), Phase II. Initially, this Sources sought announcement was issued to gauge industry's capabilities on the BTC4 complex as a whole. The Government is re-issuing this sources sought to determine impact, if any, on small businesses. As a result, the Barracks sites have been separated into two sites instead of one large complex.
