BSNP FY19 Flood Repairs - MO River Navagation Structures   3

Background
The contract involves construction activities to repair structural damage on the Missouri River caused by the FY19 Flood Event between River Miles 0-280. The work includes repairing dikes and revetments on the Missouri River. The work in each area under CLIN 0001 is described in Items 1 through 14. The work in each under CLIN 0002 is described in items 15 through 28. The work in each area under CLIN 0003 is described in items 29 through 42. The work in each area under CLIN 0004 is described in items 43 through 56. The work in each area under CLIN 00005 is described in items 57 through 70.
Repairs consist of placing new stone on existing structures.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to complete placement of stone totaling 309,900 tons between RM 0-280. Additionally, there are options for placement of additional tons of stone totaling 78,100, 46,100, and 120,100 tons respectively. The contractor will be required to place 180,000 tons of stone no later than 270 days after Notice to Proceed.

Period of Performance
The completion period for the contract is specified as follows: CLINs 0001-0003 must be completed within 600 days after notice to proceed (ANP), while CLINs 0004-0005 have a completion period of an additional 180 days if exercised. The delivery dates for each CLIN range from 600 to 780 days ANP.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed along the Missouri River between River Miles (RM) 0-280.
