Background
The U.S. Embassy in Brasilia is seeking to acquire air conditioning units for its residential properties. The goal of this contract is to supply reliable and efficient air conditioning systems that meet the embassy's safety and quality standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply the following items:
- 20 units of Split Air Conditioning Unit (Evaporator + Condenser) 12,000 BTUs Dual Inverter, 220V
- 10 units of Split Air Conditioning Unit (Evaporator + Condenser) 24,000 BTUs Dual Inverter, 220V
- 30 Wall Mounting Brackets, 500mm reinforced for 24,000 BTUs split air conditioning.

Specifications include:
- The air conditioning systems must be cold only and from brands such as LG or SPRINGER MIDEA.
- The systems should be dual inverter type or inverter type minimum with remote control (batteries and holder included).
- Refrigerant must be type R410A or R32.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products used are required.
- All products and materials are subject to Embassy approval based on safety standards.
- Supply 'L' shaped reinforced metal supporters of 500mm designed to hold up to 30,000 BTUs units.
