Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), this requirement was a sole source and a Sole Source Justification for Requirements under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold was approved and signed on 02 June 2025. The Contracting Office posted a Notice of Intent to Sole Source on SAM.gov on 13 May 2025 and no responses were received. Due to the specificity of the system, only Bruker technicians are trained and certified to perform routine maintenance and reapirs.
