Broad Government Announcement - DFC Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Program

Background
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is soliciting quotes for Personal Services Contractor (PSC) positions through a Broad Government Announcement (BGA) authorized by the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development (BUILD) Act of 2018. The announcement will be used to solicit quotes on positions that will be posted throughout a five (5) year period from the date of posting.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide personal services as a Systems Security Analyst (SSA) to provide support services for all existing and new DFC information systems, including subsystems, general support systems, major applications, minor applications, sites, and programs, to include on-premises, cloud, and external contractor information systems. The role involves performing assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or system boundary and identifying deviations from acceptable configurations, system policy, or local policy.
Major duties include supporting cyber defense policies and configurations, evaluating compliance with regulations and organizational directives, preparing audit reports, performing risk and vulnerability assessments, and coordinating security assessment and authorization processes.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a five (5) year period from the date of posting.
