BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT TYPE: This is a five (5) year Closed Two-Step Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) with CALLs for Topic Areas of Interest.

BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBER: FA8051-24-S-0001

BRIEF PROGRAM SUMMARY: This BAA will allow a TWO-STEP submission (white paper & if requested, proposal) in response to a posted CALL. This Closed BAA with CALLS is issued under the provisions of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement paragraph 206.102(d)(2), Use of Competitive Procedures, which provides for the competitive selection of research proposals. There will be no other announcement issued for this requirement. Offerors must monitor SAM.gov for amendments or CALLs issued.

Background

Work Details
The objective of this effort is to investigate techniques for generating code, technology that connects transformed variants of programs crucial to debugging and performance analysis, and exploitation of XXX by software environments. The scope includes developing technology for building integrated computational environments and distributing advanced computational software tools based on this technology that demonstrates improved performance on current computers.

The background emphasizes the increasing importance of XXXXXX and computer communications networks to scientific advancement, economic computation, and national security. The contractor shall accomplish tasks such as designing and implementing a XXXXXXXXXX for a XXXXXXXXX computer, developing an execution analysis infrastructure to debug and study the performance of XXXXXXXXXXXXX, developing technology to utilize the power of XXXXXX on the XXXXXXXXXXX tasks, identifying XXXXX community members with relevant applications to experiment with the XXXXXXXXX, and reporting progress toward accomplishment of contract requirements.
