Background
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is issuing a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Weapon Engagement Simulation Technology for Advanced Research (WESTAR).
AFRL is focused on the discovery, development, and integration of warfighting technologies for air, space, and cyberspace forces.
