Breath ID HP analyzes patients with stomach infections   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, on behalf of U&O Service Unit, is conducting a Sources Sought to identify contractors who could provide Breath ID HP analyzer equipment for patient testing at the Fort Duchesne Health Center Laboratory. The Breath ID HP analyzer must be capable of performing accurate and reliable results within minutes via a non-invasive method. The lack of an in-house clinical H. Pylori testing will result in sending specimens to a reference laboratory for testing, delaying results for 2 to 7 days and necessitating additional patient appointments and costs.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase of 2 each (AC00051) IDKit HP One for BreathID HP device (or equal) and 1 each (VS01000) Breath ID HP (or equal). The automated clinical BreathID analyzer must fit within a space of 4 feet and not exceed 80 pounds in weight. The contractor shall only provide FDA-approved tests, and a key operator training must be provided by the Contractor. A service agreement shall be included on the Lease contract to provide on-site service Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
