Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service, Interior Regions 6, 7 & 8, Lakewood MABO, on behalf of the National Park Service, Bryce Canyon National Park, is issuing this combined solicitation/synopsis.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide and operate the fleet of shuttle buses along a specific 15-mile, 15-stop route within Bryce Canyon National Park. Additionally, the Contractor must recruit, hire, train, and manage a staff of parking attendants known as Transportation Liaisons to expertly manage BRCA’s most busy parking lots. The contract also includes four contract option lines: Rainbow Point Tour, Fairyland Point Express/Relief Bus, Astronomy Festival, and Visitor Services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be a sixty (60) month base period and five (5) 12-month option periods. The performance schedule for this effort is from 03/01/2022 through 02/28/2027 for the base award years and from 03/01/2027 through 02/28/2032 for the option years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed within Bryce Canyon National Park and Bryce Canyon City.
