Background
The Olin E. Teague Veterans’ Medical Center, Station 674 (CTVHCS) in Temple, Texas, is seeking to procure C-MAC video laryngoscopy equipment to replace outdated airway management devices that have exceeded their end-of-life period.

This acquisition aims to enhance clinical and patient safety standards within the Medical Services Department by providing updated equipment that supports safe and efficient airway management for Veteran patients.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following brand name or equal, Karl Storz C-MAC equipment:
- 2 x C MAC Pocket Monitor Set with battery (8403XDK)
- 1 x Rechargeable Li Ion Battery (8403XDA)
- 2 x Charging Unit for Portable Battery (8403XDL)
- 3 x C MAC S Imager (8403XSI)
- 2 x Carry Bag for C MAC Pocket Monitor (8403YES)
- 2 x C MAC Monitor for CMOS Endoscopes and C-MAC Video
- 2 x Laryngoscopes (8404ZXK)
- 2 x C MAC Connection Cable (200 cm) (8403X)
- 1 x C MAC Video Intubation Platform Cart (9700VIP)

Single-use laryngoscope blades:
- 1 x SLIMLINE VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE MAC SIZE 3, PKG of 1 (051213-10)
- 1 x SLIMLINE VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE MAC SIZE 4, PKG of 1 (051214-10)
- 10 x SLIMLINE VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE D-BLADE FOR SINGLE USE, PKG of 10 (051216-10).

All equipment must be new, fully operational, and compliant with applicable regulatory and technical standards including VA, FDA, ISO, and electrical safety requirements.

The contractor is also responsible for installation, setup according to manufacturer specifications, verification and testing of the equipment's operation, training for staff on proper operation and maintenance, and providing warranty and support services.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must provide authorized distributor or OEM documentation for all supplied products. All equipment must meet domestic sourcing requirements as applicable.
